Centria Group is a digital marketing and technological development company with offices in Panama and Spain, operating throughout Latin America. It combines two capabilities that are typically separate: a digital positioning agency (SEO, AEO, GEO, SEM, reputation) and a software house that develops its own applications, AI agents, and automations. It has been in the market for over 20 years, with more than 300 clients and 500 executed projects.
Centria Group does not outsource the technological side: we develop our own software. This allows us to build custom tools for each project—such as our Doctor Keyword technology for media distribution, or automated content generation infrastructures—rather than just operating third-party platforms. An agency designs the strategy; a software house turns it into a product. Centria Group does both under the same roof.
Centria Group has offices in Panama and Spain and serves companies throughout Latin America, with projects executed in more than 30 countries across all five continents. In addition to the Latin American region, we have worked in Spain, the United States, Canada, Portugal, France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Poland, Ukraine, Russia, Greece, Macedonia, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Israel, Vietnam, Japan, Indonesia, New Zealand, and Vanuatu.
Centria Group operates in four main areas: digital positioning (SEO, AEO, GEO, and SEM/Google Ads), digital reputation and Digital PR, technology (web development, e-commerce, custom software, AI agents, and automation), and corporate training in artificial intelligence or digital transformation. Projects can be hired separately or integrated into a comprehensive acquisition, conversion, and reputation strategy.
AEO is the optimization process that ensures a brand is used as a reliable source by AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, or Copilot when answering user queries. Unlike SEO, where the goal is a link in a list of results, in AEO the goal is to appear directly within the answer: to be mentioned, cited, or recommended. For a company, this means capturing traffic and purchase consideration in a channel where the user no longer sees ten blue links, but a single, direct answer.
They represent four distinct layers of visibility. SEO seeks rankings in Google’s organic search results. SEM buys visibility through paid ads (Google Ads). AEO optimizes your content so that conversational AI assistants use it as a source when responding. GEO specifically targets the generative summaries integrated into search engines, such as Google’s AI Overviews. Today, they all coexist: the same user might search on Google, ask ChatGPT, and then return to Google to compare options.
Yes, absolutely—and it is also the foundation of AEO. AI models are largely fed by content that is already indexed and by sources with recognized authority. If a site is not well-structured, crawled, or backed by external mentions, it is highly unlikely to be cited by an assistant. What has changed is not the usefulness of SEO, but the ultimate goal: it is no longer enough to rank a specific URL; you must ensure the brand is recognized as an entity and a reliable source.
It depends on the channel. In SEM, the initial data arrives in a matter of days because visibility is paid for. In SEO, the first movements usually appear between 3 and 6 months, depending on the sector’s competition, domain age, and the initial technical health of the site. In AEO and GEO, timelines are slightly less predictable because they depend on the update cycles of each AI model, although mentions in authoritative sources can be reflected much sooner.
Centria Group defines the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) before starting and anchors them to your actual business objectives, not just marketing metrics. We track qualified traffic, leads, cost per acquisition, attributed revenue, and—specifically in AEO/GEO projects—the frequency of brand mentions and citations in responses from major AI assistants. Every project includes periodic reporting on the evolution of these metrics.
Yes. Centria Group’s portfolio includes global brands such as Adidas, Ford, Hertz, Seiko, Lacoste, Banistmo, Herbalife, Casio, Kenneth Cole, Assa, Nautica, Speedo, Mapfre, and On Running; financial institutions like Banistmo, BiBank, Ficohsa, St. Georges Bank, and GT Continental; as well as public institutions and regional SMEs. The scope of each project is scaled according to the size of the business, the target market, and the level of competition in the sector.
Yes. Centria Group is a certified Google Partner and Meta Business Partner. We also work regularly with major artificial intelligence ecosystems—including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, and Perplexity—for both the development of custom agents and automations, and for advanced AI positioning strategies.
It all starts with a complimentary initial diagnostic. We analyze the starting point—organic visibility, presence in AI responses, technical health of the website, brand reputation, and direct competition. Based on this analysis, we propose a detailed work plan with a clear scope, deadlines, and defined metrics before any contract is signed.
